Conscious Connected Breathing TUNES YOU IN! The Breath is Life and offers us a simple yet powerful vehicle for transformation and inspiration. This group session combines breath-work with sublime live music to unite you with your Life Force. Providing an opportunity to let go of anything you no longer need to carry, as well as receive amazing insights, inspiration, even bliss the more authentically you connect with the Breath.

This breath-work session is co-facilitated by Emma Skellern and Litsa Katsoulis, with sublime live music provided by Chewy Wilson.

Emma trained in this conscious connected breathing technique in 2007, firstly with Sondra Ray in India then with Rebirthing Breathwork's founder Leonard Orr in Poland, followed by intensive training at his center in Virginia, America. Since then Emma has been offering this breath-work technique in group settings and with individuals in England and New Zealand. Litsa has been a trained Reiki practitioner since 1998 and is registered with Reiki Inc NZ . Over the last 15 years she has intentionally experienced many breath centered techniques these include the Buteyko Method, Remedial Breathing, Breathing Biofeedback and Pranayama. Chewy is a gifted musician, who specializes in creating sacred soundscapes that enable you to journey deep.
