A personal journey of self esteem building, learning to give more love to yourself and others. The first half of this workshop will focus on growing self esteem and love through asana (physical yoga practice), pranayama (breathing techniques), and shavasana relaxation. During the second half you will be gently guided into an art meditation with a continued focus on the anahata heart chakra, with room to add your own unique creativity. Encouragement is given to create your art work for someone you feel needs more love in their life and possibly gift it to them or someone from the class.
