A Fun, Practical Introduction to Indian Head Massage (IHM). Giving and receiving massage is a wonderful way in which we can connect with ourselves and others. In a group dynamic this connectivity is heightened, becoming a beautiful, sharing and warm experience.

The group will break into pairs and the workshop will be split into two halves, allowing everyone the equal chance of being able to both give and receive massage. Each group will be guided together through a simple routine. The IHM routine involves massaging of the shoulders, arms, hands, neck and head. Simple moves would be selected to enable everyone to follow easily. (Massage will be done over clothes).
