Twelve Rivers Qigong
Qigong is the art of balancing the flow of living energy through our bodies. Twelve Rivers Qigong uses movement, breath, and intention to work with each of the organ meridians in our body (the same ones used in acupuncture) to balance our posture, emotions, and organ function to give us more energy and vitality.
John Munro is the founder of Long White Cloud Qigong, and author of several popular books on Qigong. He currently serves as the Vice President of the New Zealand Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine Association.
