Thank you for your interest in being part of the community market of merchants and vendors @ Earth Beat festival 2020. Please complete the application form below. Applications close on the 2nd of February 2020.

We are aiming to co-create a vibrant market of delicious, nutritious food and beverages as well as arts, crafts, clothing and more for 2000+ festival participants. Please note the following before applying:

EARTH BEAT 2020 WILL BE A ZERO WASTE EVENT. ZERO! Participants will be asked to bring their own dishes and cutlery. There will also be dishes and cutlery for hire by Earth Beat. There will be washing stations on site. All food and beverage must not be served in consumable packaging. Thank you for your support.

EARTH BEAT 2020 WILL BE A CASHLESS EVENT. It has been challenging for us to manage cash at the festival in previous years so this is an significant step for us. We hope to implement our own cashless system in the future but for EB2020 we will be using AWOP, a NZ based company.

Food and Beverage Vendors: $300 + 8% of all sales over $300

This fee includes a double pass to the festival, free camping, and power supply. Additional tickets can also be purchased at a discounted rate, please contact us for more info. This fee must be paid within 7 days of email confirmation to secure your place.

Merchant Vendors: $200 + 5% of all sales (only applies if you reach over $800 in sales)

Fri - 2pm - 1am
Sat - 8am - 1am
Sun - 8am - 6pm
