We are co creating a vibrant market, both, food and merchants. In the food market we will host multiple food and beverage producers and enthusiasts about health and nutrition, this is an area in the festival where we can meet over food and beverage, engage with show and tell of different food and beverage preparations, health and nutrition educational workshops, and all in a lush area of the event, it will be covered with a large marquee with limited capacity.
What will Earth Beat Conscious Market feel like?
zero waste event - no consumables on site by any food or beverage vendors, we are encouraging, promoting and advertising how to buy and consume foods by using own dishes and cutlery as we will have wash stations in the market area.
Prices - We are working with market stall holders to co create a sustainable price guide to encourage simplicity and affordability of what’s on offer.
We are cashless event, we will help you understand how you can be part of this exciting services throughout the festival.

Food and Beverage Vendors:
$200 (paid within a week from your email confirmation)
12% from your total sales over the weekend - Only applies when your total sales matches the site fee (200) and only for the total amount minus what paid as a site fee (it also includes AWOP fees)
Merchant Vendors (none food):
$150 (paid within a week from your email confirmation)
10% from your total sales over the weekend - This is only applies if you reach $1000 in sales over the weekend (it also includes AWOP fees)
Opening Hours - (ideally you will be open for the minimum suggested hours, you are welcome to remain open beyond that)
Friday - 2pm - 12am
Sat - 8am - 12am
Sun - 8am - 5.30pm
