Mhara Marimba perform traditional Shona Music, which is tribal music of the Shona people of Zimbabwe. This foot-stomping, polyrhythmic music includes marimba, singing, hosho and drumming accompanied by dancing and participation by the audience. Perfect for outdoor festivals, this music is enjoyed by all ages. Mhara will be facilitating a marimba station for festival goers to enjoy exploring the instruments throughout the festival.
