Job Description:
As the Marketing Lead for Earth Beat, you will play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and attendance for our annual event. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the festival, increase ticket sales, and enhance the overall brand presence. Working closely with the festival organizers and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will leverage your marketing expertise to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our community.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to promote Earth Beat Festival, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, advertising, partnerships, and grassroots and guerilla initiatives.
2. Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels, maintaining the festival’s identity and values.
3.Audience Engagement: Identify and understand our audience, and develop tailored marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.
4. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including copywriting, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets, to support marketing campaigns and drive audience interest.
5. Digital Marketing: Manage the festival’s digital presence, including social media platforms, and online advertising, to increase visibility and drive traffic.
6. Partnerships and Sponsorships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant organizations, brands, influencers, and media outlets to expand reach and enhance promotional efforts.
7. Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and ticket sales, to measure effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies.
8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, preferably in the events or entertainment industry.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and content marketing.
3. Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
Creative thinker with a passion for sustainability, music, and arts.
4. Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans that drive results.
5. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure campaign performance.
6. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
