How many persons are involved in your act that will require ticketing, if your performance is accepted? Please include names and a brief description of their contribution.
Please indicate the space you need for your performance and any technical or other requirements we need to know about for your performance? Please include considerations around budget.
Do you have any availability limitations that need to be considered when scheduling your act? (e.g. are you only at the festival during the weekends, or does your act need to take place during day/night?)
