Are you able to stay for the duration of the festival?*

It is appreciated if artists are able to take part in the festival beyond the performance. Your presence over the duration on the event is valuable for the co-creative atmosphere, a unified field, created by the community of participants involved, including: artists, vendors / stall holders, volunteers and festival goers.

We respect your wishes if you choose to have a drink or two. There will be a bar at the festival. Please refrain from BYO alcohol or bringing any bottles into the event. Please review and alcohol guidelines and principles found in the festival FAQ for more information.

Earth Beat is a LEAVE NO TRACE event with zero waste aspirations. Please bring your cups, plate, cutlery. We can help and provide you with cup/plate/cutlery at the event if you aren’t able to bring your own.
