She combines a harmonious synergy of energy healing, intuitive body massage, energy realignment, channeling, grounding and vibrational sound healing (including singing bowls, drumming, vocals, flute etc). Each session is unique and intuitively guided by what your body, soul and energy is in need of on the day.
Lauren is a Reiki Master, Qualified Masseuse, Holistic Facialist, Sound Healer and Sacred Space Holder with over 17 years experience.
