I’m very happy to announce I’ll be offering my Somatic Therapy & Bodywork sessions in the healing zone this year, with an option to add on personal astrology readings too!
My approach is very intuitive with some structure taken from the modalities I’ve studied & practiced over the years. I focus on the more subtle layers that keep us stuck in holding patterns, while bringing in cranial sacral acupressure techniques & aromatherapy massage to allow for a deeper level of release & relaxation!
Amber is a women’s holistic health coach and trauma informed somatic therapist based in Auckland. Originally from the UK, Amber has a diverse background within the health and wellness industry & through her own personal healing journey.
After 15 years of nomadic living and studying body based therapies along the way, through both a physiological & spiritual lens, Amber’s passion for understanding the human experience and how we can thrive in sustainable ways alongside nature continues to expand & evolve!
Certified & experienced in modalities such as Human biology & anatomy, Dentistry, Nutrition, Cranial sacral acupressure massage, Reiki & multi styles of yoga to name a few!
