Flinchlock Release is a life changing system created to improve skeletal function & bring freedom from pain, discomfort & emotional shock.
Flinchlocks occur when a bone takes a surprise impact and absorbs the pressure. This can occur from something as simple as bumping your head on the cupboard door to a major car accident. This impacted bone pressure then becomes the bone’s new working pressure. Ligaments and tendons that are attached to the impacted bone shorten and tighten, as does the surrounding muscle fascia. This is a “Flinchlock”®.
Flinchlocked bones can be released and it is totally painless and safe. There is no manipulation or force involved. At no time should the client feel any discomfort.
Once released there is an immediate shift in balance following the expanding and lengthening of ligaments and tissues. As the body pressure drops integrity and balance is naturally reorganised.
Since beginning traditional medical school in Auckland in 2006, my journey through a broad range of healing modalities has gifted me a wide understanding of the power our bodies have to heal themselves. After realising medicine wasn’t the fit for me, I studied and worked as a chiropractor for 10 years before a chance encounter with Contact Care Flinchlock Release flipped my world upside down. Contact Care made so much sense, and came so naturally to me, that I knew within the first hour of the training that it would become my primary modality. I have practiced Contact care for 7 years and work from my practice in Coopers Beach in the Far North.
