Kids’ Animal Yoga

I’m a passionate teen who has been on a journey with yoga for the past three years, and I love sharing this practice with little ones.
My focus is on guiding them through creative, nature-inspired movements, letting them embody animals and elements in a free and exciting way as they flow. In my workshops, I mix playful exploration with mindfulness, encouraging kids to connect with their bodies and minds in a way that feels fun and freeing.
This session is all about creating a warm, inviting space where each child can grow, explore, and find their own rhythm through movement and play.
