Communicate
Born from a desire to play together, Communicate is the brainchild of Tāmaki Makaurau based DJs Cyril Orson and Heylady.
These two stalwarts of the New Zealand scene have been ferreting away rhythm for well over 50 years between them, and they’ve been playing for just as long. Take a dip into the vaults of two minds who collect music which has stood the test of time, as well as the freshest of cuts from across the world.
Communicate is a no holds barred exploration of four to the floor, expect elements of broken beat, garage, electronica, punk and expect it all put together by two humans who can’t live without the harmony they breathe.
Music is the one true universal language, it’s how we communicate.
