Jordan Mac
Jordan McRobbie
Australian progressive-roots and folk troubadour Jordan Mac has fast become known for an honest voice and virtuosic ability on the twelve and six-string guitars, infusing Middle-Eastern and Celtic inspired riffs over live electronic percussion.
While recent years have seen him opening for a few of Australia and New Zealands heavyweight artists including Neil Finn (Crowded House), Fat Freddie’s Drop, Angus & Julia Stone, Pete Murray and The Beautiful Girls – 2021 also saw Jordan invited by Bluesfest Touring to open nationally for Grammy-winning flamenco artists ‘The Gipsy Kings’.
Festival appearances include the Edinburgh Fringe (UK), Ferrara (Italy), Pranafest Australia (QLD), Woodford (QLD), Fairbridge and Illawarra Folk Festivals (WA), Blues At Bridgetown (WA), Nannup (WA) and Perishers ‘Peak Music Festival’ (NSW)
