A master of constantly morphing and growing his sound, Cyril Orson is a firm favourite of crowds and DJs alike. His passion, kindness and pure love for music and the scene have seen him play on stages at NZ’s biggest festivals and some of our longest-running clubs and venues. He has collaborated with some heavy-hitting musicians, made music as Triangle with the Antix brothers, and most recently created Communicate with Heylady. He is the brains behind Sonik Tonik and is working on a new musical project launching next year. Cyril constantly pushes musical boundaries, he is a master of locking a late-night floor down and is just as comfortable weaving magic on a sunny afternoon. His diversity and innate ear for forward-thinking music keep his crowd riveted and avidly awaiting what he will do next. All this and more is what makes him one of the most revered underground DJs in NZ.
