Twisted Kiwi first got his hands on a set of decks in London,UK – summer of 2004.He fell in love.He played in his free time and entertained friends at house parties for the rest of that year – blasting Hard Trance and Vocal Trance through the suburbs.Work visas don’t last forever and back home in South Africa life got very busy. Studying towards an engineering degree, working full-time and welcoming his first child into this world, meant hanging up his earphones for a while (ok, more like a decade).Their move to NZ has created the work-life balance that allowed him the time to start playing again. He brings his heart and soul to every mix: Each song selected with careful consideration. The story of his life told through the beats of Deep House, Global Underground, Deep tech, Progressive House and Tribal House – always a story of love (in all its forms and expressions).
