The act of Forgiveness, from a holistic perspective, is a result of many loving actions strung together. Many steps taken one after the other. A process that does not necessarily need to take time, but it does need to be worked through. Similar to the stages of grief, there are stages of Forgiveness. It is only by going through these stages that you receive and express the energy, frequency, and vibration of Forgiveness.
