Go With The Flow
Neal Ghoshal
In this class we learn to EMBODY our fluid body in motion. We can let go of ‘holding’ a posture and instead see the practice as a process. We will take our time to FEEL our way towards BEING fluid, liquid, and let this inform our flowing practice. We do not have to get it right, or wrong. Instead, this class is an invitation to roll, to play, and to be creative in our Yoga. Come join the class to explore movement and meditation as an open question, with curiosity, and a responsive conversation. Be soft in your practice, think of the method like a gentle silvery stream, rather than a powerful waterfall. Follow the stream. Trust in its course. It will make its way, meandering here, trickling there. It will find the channels, the breaks, the clefts. You have only to follow it. Keep it in the line of your vision. Let it carry you. ~ Sheng-Yen
