Group Hypnotherapy for Anxiety
Sarah (Saha) Peignier
Therapeutic Hypnosis is aimed at achieving personal goals rather than putting on a show (stage hypnosis). This Group Hypnotherapy for Anxiety involves guiding a group of people into a state of deep relaxation and highly focused awareness to affect change within.
During the Hypnosis session, you undergo a process that helps you relax and focus your mind. This state appears to be like sleep as your body is hyper-relaxed but your mind will be hyper-aware.
The session is deeply relaxing, restorative, rejuvenating and helps individuals to take that all-important time out for themselves. It is not a magic wand to make your anxieties vanish overnight but it is a powerful tool in helping you understand the power of your mind and imagination, allowing you to develop a more resilient and positive mindset.
Please understand that there are certain medical contra indicators (such as epilepsy, or people suffering from psychotic symptoms) that may exclude an individual from being able to attend. Please check in before the session starts if you have questions.
About Sarah: Through my work as a school and E.C.E teacher and my life experiences, I have acquired knowledge on the mind and the power of language(s). My focus on health then led me to hypnotherapy. I trained with Jacquin Hypnosis Academy where I learnt techniques for self-hypnosis, and hypnotherapy for individual and group sessions. It is a skill that I use in my everyday personal life and in my workspace as a teacher. I also offer private sessions to people.
It is a fabulous tool I’d like to share with you today. Ngā Mihi Nui.
