Be prepared to turn up the volume and move with the beat before dropping into deep stillness and relaxation. Hi, I’m Claire Eli. I support people to move from anxiety & overwhelm into a place of inner peace & trust. After spending a decade studying the body and mind, I draw from many different practices including; yoga, dance, breathwork, and embodiment practices. I use a potent combination of modalities to align clients with inner trust, self-belief, and intuition so they can do the things they really want to do!
