Kirsty Lillis, a dedicated mother of two, is an accomplished yoga teacher and proud owner of a Yoga Lane Studios. With an unwavering passion for healing and fostering connections, Kirsty gained a 200-hour certification in Integrative Yoga and a 300-hour certification in Trauma Sensitive Yoga from the esteemed Center for Trauma and Embodiment. Kirsty is known for her work in utilizing yoga and movement as transformative tools, particularly for individuals grappling with complex trauma and PTSD.
