Healing the Earth Within

In this hands-on workshop you will treat yourself (and optionally treat others) using Jin Shin TARA—an ancient Japanese energy medicine modality which mirrors nature’s healing resources in earth, air, fire, water and wood.
Working with our elemental make-up, communicates to our embryonic selves that part of us that is forever connected to our cellular mother-matrix, which is always dancing the evolutionary dance of folding and unfolding, malleable, neuroplastic, and open to ongoing development and evolution.
Through simple applied-touch practices we will awaken our innate healing resources and unburden and enliven the elemental resources in ourselves, which enlivens our connection to the elements outside of ourselves. You will also learn about The TARA Approach for resolution of shock and Trauma, which is a fusion of western and Eastern Medicine incorporating Embryology, Pre-and Peri-Natal psychology and Jin Shin TARA, and maybe even hear some original music about my healing journey.
Ages 16+ (younger people can use and learn TARA but a different approach to learning is used).
I am a TARA Practitioner and TARA Self-Care and Foundations Teacher, Lifespan Rites of Passage and Initiation Guide, Facilitator, Musician, Music Teacher and Father of two. I offer TARA treatments and Workshops both online and in-person in Taranaki where I live, and around New Zealand at festivals.
