Partner Yoga is a creative Yoga discipline of mutually beneficial partner asanas and stretches. Partner Yoga is based on communication, self acceptance and honesty to be able to create a flow where both partners can move together, stretch, laugh and workout.
We are Jose & Anaïs – an Argentinian & French Blend. During lockdown we spent lots of time together practicing Partner activities. This made us realize the importance of true authentic connection and the importance of physical touch in our everyday lives. We felt this especially once lockdowns were over and we were back into the real world – how quickly only after a few weeks away from society, how potent and powerful our relationship had grown.
